The Star of the Quarter award is meant to honor outstanding employees who consistently go above and beyond in their duties. Nominees should be exemplary employees who display a high level of commitment to Winner Regional’s mission, vision and code of conduct.

Patient/Resident Impact
(Even on the busiest of days, employee always makes each patient feel like they are the most important priority of the employee’s day. She doesn’t portray how busy or rushed she is, yet still manages her time well to address all of the patients’ needs.)
Co-Worker Impact
(Employee volunteered to change his daytime schedule to cover nights while co-worker was on leave and always asks how he can help others with their workload when he finds himself caught up with his own.)
Facility Impact
(Employee identified an unnecessary step in the workflow allowing for timelier insurance payments.)
Public Relations
(Employee provided a family member, who had rushed to the hospital, with a pair of shoes from the employee’s locker so family member could accompany her husband on helicopter transport.)
Quality
(Employee consistently takes time to show new CNAs how to do things properly and checks for understanding.)
