Jazirah Sky Blue Marshall was the first baby born in Tripp County in 2009. Born January 5, 2009 at 12:48pm, the baby weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and is 18.5 inches long.
Baby Jazirah's proud parents are Rae Lynn Kills Plenty and Lawrence Marshall, both of Valentine, Nebraska.
